Cons

The bridal suite is off-site, just minutes down the road in a little cottage. Parking is limited as the lot is small. The venue is on the smaller side, more reasonable for under 100. No early access to the venue for set up. Food vendor area, but no appliances; food must be prepped offsite. Nearby trains and roads make outdoor conversations limited.
